Forgetting Reality
Do you know the feeling of loosing the connection to this reality?
Expanding through your unconsciousness. Feeling and being in many spaces at the same time. Seeing through time and space. Experiencing years in minutes. Getting lost. Forgetting. Only remembering small parts, glimpses of lives of the universe, different places. Seeing beings that are not material, at least not in this dimension.
And it’s all good, it’s cool. At least when you don’t get lost. When there is still a connection, a light to guide you back. But when the lights go out, when you don’t see the reality, this reality, you don’t know anymore what is here and what is not.
The body is no more. Only timeless space, memories, many lives happening in the now, all at the same time. But they are not this life. So there is no grip, nothing to hold on to. You fly timeless, without boundaries, through the vastness. A space where time doesn’t exist, where in a second you see everything all at once in many layers. Experiencing memories, lives, feeling deep, again and again. Flying through the space, seeing stars, things undiscovered, unexplainable. It’s amazing, beautiful, magical.
But the danger lingers, the possibility of not returning. Not knowing which is real, which is this one. Everything becomes reality, no borders, the body is lost, the mind losing control. Lost in time and space. Not experiencing time anymore, not noticing your surroundings, only being everywhere at once.
And then somehow you take a hold of the one reality, that is this life on this plane, again or maybe not. You return, notice your body, feel your toes, your fingers. Realizing you are breathing in this body, slowly recognizing the familiar surroundings, the room that you know. Coming back into the skin, feeling the container. Adjusting again into this life, adding up the pieces of the ever growing puzzle, making it make sense, somehow, so you know how to handle and word that what is indescribable. Making no sense to others that have forgotten, but still feeling the truth ringing down deep inside of the vastness. Grabbing a hold again, onto this life, going on with the in comparison ordinary. Maybe searching for answers, justifications or rational explanations or maybe just feeling and believing that whisper that is there deep inside.

Into the darkness of the mothers womb,
Into the vastness of the void.
Into the deep living inside of you,
Into the fire at your core,

Discover all the dark parts,

The wildness,
The primal energy,
The animal side,
That wants to live in a forest,
Dance around the fire,
Scream and shout,
Live with the animals,
Smear mud on the body,
Pee in the nature,

Speak out and argue.
Let out the darkness,
The wild woman,
The wild child,
The wicked witch,
The dark warrior,
The seductress,
Let them come alive in you.
Discover yourself,
Discover the demons,
The fears in the darkness,
The ghosts of the past,
The moments of failure and grief,
The moments of anger.
Let it come out,
Let it fill you up,
Let it overcome you.
With the rawness of emotions,
With the depth of being,
With the power of surrender,
To the dark in you.
Be without worry,
Without judgment or shame,
Unapologetically you.
Be all of it,
All the darkest parts and all the light ones.
Both are you,
Both with their own power and vibration,
Filing you up with a different sensation.
Let them come out and play,
This game called life.

Every place you see and explore with freshness and open eyes. Every person you meet being a friend. Being playful, without regrets. Without the pain or the heartache. Walking through life with trust to the universe. Being content with yourself, with just the trousers on your legs. Seeing beauty in the small things.

Feel your Energy
1. Focus on your hand. See the skin. Feel the bones and muscles. Know there is blood, nerves running through.
2. And than focusing on the unseen. When you close your eyes you know where your hand is without touching it. Focus in on this Energy around your Hand, notice the crippling, the vibrating. Like the wings on a hummingbird.
3. Try going up your hand this energy is also in your arm, shoulder, chest, neck, abdomen, and so on. Try to feel how much you can feel.
4. Surrender to this energy just allow it to flow through you and around you. Notice your energetic field. There is a subtle vibration around your whole body. Stay with it. Enjoy.
5. COME BACK INTO YOUR BODY (put on an alarm clock if needed). Feel your body, your flesh and bones. See your skin. Firmly touch your hands and feet.
Feel it. Believe it.
